Detailed Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Pick up from Arusha hotel at 8:00 AM. Drive to Tarangire for full-day game drive with picnic lunch. Spot massive elephant herds, lions, giraffes, zebras, and colorful birds. Dinner and overnight at safari lodge.

Day 2

Lake Manyara National Park Safari

Morning drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Explore lush groundwater forests, alkaline lake shores dotted with pink flamingos, and hippo pools. Afternoon transfer to Karatu lodge near Ngorongoro gate.

Day 3

Ngorongoro Crater Tour - Return to Arusha

Early descent into Ngorongoro Crater floor. Seek black rhinos, lions, cheetahs, and hyenas. Enjoy picnic lunch at Ngoitokitok spring, then ascend and drive back to Arusha arriving late afternoon.
