Trek through the lush foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro to the spectacular 80-meter Materuni Waterfall. Take a refreshing swim in the natural mountain pool, followed by an interactive coffee making tour with local Chagga villagers where you pick, roast, grind, and brew fresh organic Arabica coffee accompanied by traditional singing and dancing.
Pick up at 8:30 AM from your hotel in Moshi or Arusha. Drive to Materuni Village (1,800m). Enjoy a 40-minute scenic nature walk to Materuni Waterfall, learn about flora and fauna from your local guide, swim at the base of the cascade, return to village for a traditional Chagga lunch, and participate in lively coffee roasting songs before transfer back.
